How I can help
My name is Tina Kelly, and I am an experienced counsellor/psychotherapist. I

My way of working
I specialise in providing face-to-face therapeutic services to individuals of all ages, including adults, adolescents, and children. My approach is tailored to each client’s unique needs and developmental stages, ensuring they receive the support and guidance necessary for their well-being and personal growth. As a therapist working with individuals of all ages, my approach involves understanding each client’s unique needs. I tailor my interventions to suit the specific requirements of adults, adolescents, and children, ensuring they receive the appropriate support. This may involve using various therapeutic techniques, such as person-centred therapy, reality therapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy, solution-focused therapy, narrative therapy, Gestalt therapy with adolescents and adults and play therapy for children. Additionally, I strive to create a safe and empathetic environment where clients feel comfortable expressing themselves and exploring their thoughts and emotions.
